Vera Ngozi Nnachi

Driven by a passion for architecture and a love for teaching, I began my journey as a student navigating the complexities of design software. Coming from Nigeria to study at the Grenfell-Baines Institute of Architecture (GBIA) at UCLan, I started with limited knowledge of creating architectural models and renders. Determined to grow, I immersed myself in mastering tools like Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, transforming my skills over four years of undergraduate studies.
 

My dedication led me to secure a role as an undergraduate architectural assistant in 2022, and I was honored to receive the Best Portfolio award that same year. These experiences ignited my passion for teaching, inspiring me to help others overcome the same challenges I once faced. Today, I lecture part-time at the University of Central Lancashire, teaching Revit software, while also offering online design tutorials and project mentorships to students. I continue to expand my expertise as a freelance architect, working with professionals and contributing to real-world projects.
 

What truly motivates me is the opportunity to empower others. I believe that with the right guidance, anyone can master these tools and bring their architectural visions to life.
